5. User-Generated Content & Media Release

If you submit, upload, appear in, or otherwise contribute content (including interviews, voice recordings, video appearances, comments, or social media submissions), you:

1. Grant PMN a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and monetize such content in any media format.

2. Waive any right of inspection or approval of final content.

3. Release PMN from claims relating to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or moral rights.

4. Represent that you own or have rights to submit the content.

If you appear in any recording, livestream, or podcast, your participation constitutes a binding media release unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Sponsorship & Advertising Terms

PMN may feature:

• Sponsored content

• Native advertising

• Affiliate links

• Brand partnerships

• Paid endorsements

We comply with FTC disclosure requirements. Sponsored material will be clearly identified.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their advertisements. PMN does not endorse products unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify advertising at our sole discretion.

7. DMCA Copyright Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), PMN responds to properly submitted copyright infringement notices.
